Please contact customer care for return authorization and shipping information within 30 days of purchase. Without proper authorization accurate tracking of returns cannot be guaranteed. If an item arrived damaged, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. Shipping fees are nonrefundable, and you must assume responsibility for return shipping.
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Empty and significantly used containers will not be eligible for return. Once packaged item is given to USPS, Calm Coyote cannot be held responsible if item becomes lost or stolen.
Once we receive your item, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the item(s) which will be refunded in the same manner in which it was purchased.
Calm Coyote retains the right to deny refunds.
We regret that we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping or refund your original shipping charges. Calm Coyote is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Any item(s) received more than 30 days after the purchase date cannot be returned.
